Concessions

Full concessions apply to people over the age of sixty five and under the age of sixteen. Please be prepared to provide proof of concession.

CHILDREN AND BABIES - We regret that we cannot admit infants in arms other than for children's shows. In all cases tickets must be purchased for children.

Cancellation / Returns

RETURNED TICKETS Moorlight Theatre Productions follows standard theatre practice and is unable to exchange or give refunds on paid-for tickets. We will endeavour in the event of a sell out to re sell your tickets, if this is successful then we will refund the ticket price only.

If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability)

Delivery

Delivery of tickets, upon completion of your booking your e-ticket will be e-mailed to the address given on the booking form, if you purchase is on one of our retailers or by telephone, the e-ticket may be e-mailed to you or printed at time of booking.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets. If duplicates are issued, a reasonable administration fee may be charged.

Admission

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink may also be prohibited.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience

Only customers holding a valid ticket will be admitted to a performance.

Tickets obtained in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void and the Management may refuse admission to. Any person seeking to use a void ticket in order to gain or provide entry to a performance will be considered to be a trespasser and will be ejected and liable to legal action.

The Management reserves the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the performance and/or venue in reasonable circumstances including without limitation for health and safety or licensing reasons;

  1. if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the venue,
  2. if you use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms;
  3. if, in the Management's reasonable opinion, you are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

Mobile telephones and messaging equipment must be silenced or switched off during each performance.

The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to stands or seats for which you do not hold a ticket is strictly forbidden.
